這部電影精彩的地方在於全程埋下的伏筆，只有當你看完全片回過神來思考你才會發現：原來如此！

電影原名get out，國內翻譯成逃出絕命鎮，老實說，翻譯成這個名字更吸睛，但是從片名上就暴露了這個電影的劇情，而原名getout你看不出這個電影是一部什麼類型的電影，當你看完會給你更大的驚喜。

get out這個名字是取決於片中一個黑人恢復自己的意識是對男主大吼：getout（滾、滾開、走開、滾遠點），看上去是在凶男主，實際上是叫男主趕快逃跑遠離此地。

而片中諸多伏筆是最精彩的地方：

1、黑人男友 白人女友決定回家見父母，女主強調家裡人沒有種族歧視。

2、回家是女主開車不是男主，還是林肯suv，這女的咋這么有錢，黑人只是一個「眼光獨到的」攝影師，在女主面前應該也算是個屌絲吧。

3、路上警察要檢查男主的身份證，女主強烈阻止，表面看似女主維護男主，實際上是女主擔心警察檢查了他的身份證，今後男主失蹤了警察就會發現最後和男主在一起的人是女主。

4、到家了，這家人是豪華別墅還帶運動場，這種土豪對黑人居然沒有歧視，不可思議。

5、女主父親反復強調沒黑人沒有歧視，如果還能第三次投票還會投給奧巴馬。

總之伏筆太多，最後聚會那個瞎子坐在一邊，其實他就是看中了男主的眼睛，有獨到的觀察能力，他這次拍賣可以說是勢在必得，就是要將自己的大腦換到男主的腦袋裡面擁有男主的身體，從而讓他擁有視力。
