看《花木蘭》之前，我暗暗祈禱這千萬別是一部炒冷飯的無聊電影。不要像《見過大爺》那樣套餐情節、名牌龍套——惟一不同的是根據對岸風光來安排反角。而看過《花木蘭》之後，我敢說，這是我心目中今年的惟一佳片。

吾家有女初長成

影片伊始，導演故意壓低了鏡頭，讓你看到五分之四的黃土，只有一線藍藍的天。在如此貧瘠的土地上，柔然蠻族草菅人命的血腥，軍戶們承平中的閑適生活，一一展現在面前。影片只略微地用花木蘭哄父親喝酒還是喝葯的細節，就交代了花木蘭從小學習的武功兵法，以及對老父親深深的愛。趙薇的演技不著痕跡，不靠美麗忽閃的大眼睛，就已經把花木蘭善良勇敢的個性勾勒得無比清晰。

木蘭本應在紅旗下長大，幸福地嫁人，男耕女織終老一生。但柔然入侵，父親病重，她只能以代父從軍來履行職責。當木蘭悄悄地拿起長劍、拉上駿馬、掩上柴扉、女扮男裝踏上征程，我們知道，花木蘭長大了。

花木蘭批上戰袍的最初出發點，是為了讓年邁的父親不要戰死沙場。盡管都知道保家衛國的重要性，但作為邊疆生產建設兵團的兒女，她當兵為盡孝的出發點就是這樣的樸素。但，這並不是英雄的瑕疵。一個連親人都不愛的人，怎麼可能愛國？

可嘆幾十年來，我們談到英雄的時候，都認為英雄必高大全：雷鋒就不能有手錶，不能有愛人；關二哥就應該遠離女色，只愛皇兄；小學生作文必是想起董存瑞才起床學習；當警察目的只能是除暴安良。其實，很多英雄，在走上革命道路的最初，也許就是為了一碗飯。

安能辨我是雄雌

花木蘭很快被帶入到軍旅生活。軍旅中不允許有女人的存在，這是中國軍旅的迷信，也是花木蘭遇到的最大障礙。一個女性，在軍旅中隱藏性別生存下來談何容易。人緣極好的同鄉小虎協助花木蘭獲得了大通鋪最靠里邊的床位。花木蘭終於可以安頓下來。

風趣友善的文泰、傻大笨粗的胡奎、蘭心蕙質的秀才，寥寥數語就展現了古代軍營鬧哄哄的生活場面。可沖突總是很快的展開，花木蘭因渾身癢癢而去洗澡，女人身份很快被文泰察覺，遇到了自己第一次生存危機。當第二天營長帶隊搜營的時候，我不禁對陳坤咬牙切齒了。人家不就是女兒身入營嗎，犯得著大張旗鼓搜身滅族？而當營長宣布是侄兒丟玉佩引發的搜身事件，又讓花木蘭真正面臨了生與死的考驗。我這才發現，錯怪了文泰。

是讓人搜身發現自己是女人，而讓全村、全營人連坐致死，還是企圖僥幸混過關？生存還是毀滅，這是個問題。

感謝武功高強的文泰，通過花木蘭手上留下的傷痕，使他能明白花木蘭是因女扮男裝而自稱盜賊，這才能在柔然入侵時及時救下花木蘭。

感謝心地善良的文泰，把花木蘭的戰馬牽來，這才能使花木蘭能在第一時間沖殺四圍，順利地刺殺敵方主將。

明天的太陽總是和煦的。和煦的陽光照耀下，一個濁世翩翩佳公子，和一個易釵而弁美少女，成就了一番征戰沙場的功績。

影片發展到這里，沒有展現多少戰爭場面，劇中的台詞少得可憐。但人們卻清晰地把握了花木蘭成長的歷程。這也是我對本片贊許之處。

中國的名著電影電視多有兩個誤區。誤區之一就是重情節之宏大，輕人物心理刻畫。無論水滸三國都是人物臉譜化，性格鮮明，但沒有心理描繪。而近年來的巨作「三大戰役」、「英雄」、「藏龍卧虎」等，都是用宏大熱鬧的戰爭場面鋪陳。這也使得一些人如果看不到宏大的場面就抓狂。誤區之二，就是完全用台詞堆砌。彷彿古龍的小說，離開了人物對話就不知道劇情該怎麼展開。代表作就是「夜宴」。

能不說什麼台詞就能展現情節，小人物創造大時代，不能不說這是國外和香港成熟的手法。趙薇和陳坤在劇中少有的台詞量，卻很考驗他們的演技。

無情未必真豪傑

一將功成萬骨枯，成熟總會付出代價。花木蘭在一次押送糧草的任務中，急於救出深陷敵陣的文泰，卻造成了敵人偷襲糧車的慘重損失。戰爭中，是不是應該舍棄自己的感情？文泰和花木蘭，有著自己的堅持。當文泰的死訊傳來，花木蘭不再勇猛，變成了一個頹廢的酒肉將軍。

愛，只能藏在心裡；情，不能救回兄弟。朔風吹來，陣亡將士的軍牌叮當撞擊，也給與我們每一個人對於戰爭的思考。花木蘭會就此沉淪嗎？將士們能重新站起來嗎？影片把大卷的膠片留給了酗酒、哭泣、卻沒有讓花木蘭說一句話。

「無情」的花將軍終於站起來了！他說：「逃避，阻止不了戰爭；害怕，只會讓我們失去更多。」我們看到的，是把情深深地藏在心裡的花木蘭，是一個嚴冬之後盛放的花木蘭，是一個……把尋夢尋愛和人類解放事業結合在一起的花木蘭。

獲得了同袍的期許，卻受到大將軍嫉妒。終於在一場力量懸殊的戰爭中，大將軍將花木蘭舍棄了。沒有援&軍，沒有糧草，夥伴被斬.殺，將士已疲憊。但這時的花將軍，已然將國之重任放在肩頭。她說：「士兵可以叛我，將軍可以棄我，而我花木蘭，絕不背叛國家。」誰敢說這只是heixie社會的一塊拼盤？誰敢說花木蘭在劇中僅有的兩大段豪言壯語不是發自肺腑？這一刻，我流淚了。

文泰站出來了。他躲開花木蘭是希望她更堅強地面對戰爭。他站出來，是希望他的袍澤能有尊嚴地離開戰場。他義無反顧地在脖子上架著刀走向柔然人。這一刻，柔弱的陳坤變了。孟子雲，雖萬千人吾往矣！一個拓跋宏，一個鮮卑人，堅強地用自己當人質，換取了手足的生命。

在這一刻，誰說戰爭必須無情？沒有情義的人，無法解決「為誰而戰」，必然成為一群流寇。而花木蘭與文泰，成功地將「情」、「義」、「忠」、「孝」完美的統一。

借用魯迅一首詩：無情未必真豪傑，憐子如何不丈夫？知否興風狂嘯者，回眸時看小於菟。

踏花歸來馬蹄香

文泰用身體換來將士們的生命。花木蘭感於文泰捨己救人，獨自一人混入柔然大帳，並伺機與柔然公主密謀和親。終於在海豚維塔斯的協助下，將弒父自立的新單於門獨刺死。

門獨嗝屁了。木蘭倒下了。文泰得救了。大魏安全了。皇上開心了。公主得逞了。

和解的條件是令人扼腕的。文泰必須要娶柔然公主為妻，兩國結為親家，從此放下刀兵。

花木蘭拒絕了皇帝的官位，獨自回到了家鄉。父親垂垂老矣，村民沾沾喜矣。十二年一輪回，同樣的黃土高坡，同樣的東閣門西閣床，同樣的唧唧織機，銅鏡里的花木蘭依然美麗。

文泰來到村裡，兩人有了一個不是結局的結局。

與《拯救大兵雷恩》結尾處突兀地拔高到人性不同，《花木蘭》並沒有牽強的把國家利益提高到至極乃至虛無。結尾不是大團圓，卻也不讓人覺得悲傷。他們是不是不幸福？他們又是不是幸福？不同的人有不同的詮釋。

也許那個傻妞公主是幸福的，她想要榮華富貴，中原肯定比茹毛飲血的柔然更好。她想要當皇後，將來有的是機會。求仁得仁又何怨。但是，丈夫身體雖未背叛，但心靈的遠離，不是最大的背叛嗎？

我喜歡《花木蘭》這部片子。趙薇最近的幾部片子都有很深的表演造詣。前段時間我很喜歡看趙薇主演的《一個女人的史詩》。但這兩部片子有很大的不同。《史詩》裡面是借一個小人物的一生來刻畫整個時代，而《花木蘭》卻是一個女人，創造了一個時代。所以我覺得，《花木蘭》，也是又一個女人的史詩，這也是我們民族最珍貴的財富。

木蘭踏馬歸來，征程甩在身後。對國家，對愛情的理解，讓我們深深的思考。

文泰踏馬歸去，愛情藏在心裡。對木蘭，對未來的期許，讓我們覺得，影片還沒有結束。

Frozen is outstanding. From the humor to the music, Frozen takes you on a thrilling journey for all ages. Much like many Disney movies it starts off making the characters heartrendingly vulnerable, which is the beginning for the audience to become attached to the sister o, and for them to wonder where the tragedy will take them. Which brings you to hear splendid ets with Kristin Bell and Idina Menzel. The soundtrack belonging to this Picture has the power to make you laugh until your side hurts, and start singing the lyrics before you even leave the theater. This has to be one of the best Disney Princess films I have ever had the opportunity to watch. The Humor is delightful, the quotes from the film are so memorable you'll catch yourself quoting it in daily conversation. Frozen is defiantly on the path to becoming a Disney classic, and I had been counting down the days until I can own this captivating film. Frozen is a must see.

Elsa, princess of Arendelle, possesses Cryokinesis, the magical ability to create ice and snow. One night while playing, she accidentally knocks out her younger sister, Anna. The king and queen seek help from trolls, who heal Anna and remove her memories of her sister's magic. The royal couple isolates the children in their castle until Elsa learns to control her powers. Afraid of hurting her sister again, Elsa spends most of her time alone in her room, causing a rift between the girls as they grow up. When the girls are teenagers, their parents die at sea ring a storm.

When Elsa comes of age, the kingdom prepares for her coronation. Among the guests is the Duke of Weselton, a tradesman seeking to exploit Arendelle for profit. Excited to be allowed out of the castle again, Anna explores the town and meets Prince Hans of the Southern Isles, and the two immediately develop a mutual attraction. Despite Elsa's fear, her coronation goes off without incident. During the reception, Hans proposes and Anna hastily accepts. However, Elsa refuses to grant her blessing and forbids their sudden marriage. The sisters argue, culminating in an emotional Elsa's abilities being exposed.

Panicking, Elsa flees the palace, inadvertently unleashing an eternal winter on the kingdom in the process. High in the nearby mountains, she casts off restraint, building herself a solitary ice palace, and unknowingly brings to life her and Anna's childhood snowman, Olaf. Meanwhile, Anna sets out in search of her sister, determined to return her to Arendelle, end the winter, and mend their relationship. While getting supplies, she meets mountain man Kristoff and his reindeer Sven. She convinces him to guide her up the North Mountain. The group then encounters Olaf, who leads them to Elsa's hideaway.

Anna and Elsa reunite, but Elsa still fears hurting her sister. When Anna persists in persuading her sister to return, Elsa becomes agitated and accidentally strikes Anna in the heart with her powers. Horrified, she creates a giant snow creature to run the friends away before she accidentally hurts anyone again. As they flee, Kristoff notices Anna's hair is turning white, and deces something is very wrong. He seeks help from his adoptive family of trolls, who explain that Anna's heart has been frozen. Unless it's thawed by an "act of true love", she will become frozen solid forever. Believing that only Hans can save her, Kristoff races back with her to Arendelle.

Meanwhile, Hans, leading a search for Anna, reaches Elsa's palace. In the ensuing battle against the Duke's men, she is knocked unconscious and imprisoned back at the kingdom. There, Hans pleads with her to undo the winter, but Elsa confesses she doesn't know how. When Anna reunites with Hans and begs him to kiss her to break the curse, Hans refuses and reveals that his true intention in marrying her is to seize control of Arendelle's throne. Leaving Anna to die, he charges Elsa with treason for her younger sister's apparent death.

Elsa escapes and heads out into the blizzard on the fjord. Olaf finds Anna and reveals Kristoff is in love with her. The two then rush onto the fjord to find him. Hans confronts Elsa and tells her Anna is dead because of her. In Elsa's despair, the storm suddenly ceases, giving Kristoff and Anna the chance to reach each other. However, when Anna sees that Hans is about to kill Elsa, she throws herself between the two and subsequently freezes solid, blocking the blow, knocking Hans off his feet and rendering him unconscious when he hits his head on the icy surface.

As Elsa grieves for her sister, Anna's decision to sacrifice herself to save Elsa constitutes an "act of true love" and thaws her. Realizing love is the key to controlling her powers, Elsa is able to thaw the kingdom and even helps Olaf survive in summer. Hans is sent back to the Southern Isles to face punishment for his crimes against the royal family of Arendelle, and Elsa cuts off trade with Weselton. Anna and Kristoff share a kiss, and the two sisters reconcile, with Elsa promising never to shut the castle gates again.

《花木蘭》
Why Mulan sticks out as a great Disney film.

I was impressed by this Disney film for so many reasons, too many to list here, but I will go on the record as saying that Mulan has got to be one of the best Disney female characters that ever saw proction, in the midst of a colorful and artistic film, that will resonate in your memory.

Mulan sticks out in my mind for this reason. For once, we have a strong female lead, or at the least, stronger than most of them. She isn't counted among the Disney "princesses" line-up. She doesn't want for herself, and she seeks to look deeper within herself to discover her inner being. She isn't like Ariel, who wants to be someone else. She isn't like Jasmine, who sits in luxury, waiting to be swept off her feet by Prince Charming, just like Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, and almost any female character that Disney brings to life. And while she does share some traits among this list, she stands out because she does something that these do not. She uses her mind.

Mulan, in fact, has more in common with male Disney leads than the female Disney leads. Mulan is a thinker, and a do-er. She's resourceful, like Aladdin. She is quick to act, like Eric (mermaid.) And she sacrifices herself for the sake of others, like Hercules. She also speaks her mind, even in a culture that does not allow such a thing. She doesn't waste time pining about "will I ever find true love?" Indeed, we see that she has an attraction to Shang (as he was her husband in the legends,) but we see her uncomfortable and unsure of meeting the Match-maker. She begs for her father's life when Chi-Fu came to the village. When you see her make her decision to take her father's place in the army, she does so out of her love for him, valuing his life above hers. She doesn't wish to become a man to see what it is like or for a change. Only to save his life. She later doubts herself and her reasons for going, but she did so because of her inner strengths, something other female Disney leads too often lack. (And it is these strengths that Shang is attracted to at the end.)

This movie also has a simple, but very effective villain, Shan Yu. Though not as memorable as Jafar or Ursula, he is more effective and more menacing because he is not fantastic. By that, I mean that he is not magical, he holds no special power. He is portrayed as a man, and as a man that could have truly existed, performing vicious acts that men do. We see the destruction that his army lays to a village, and when Mulan finds the doll, it shows that Shan Yu left no one living, man, woman or child. This is what makes him so effective as a villain, showing how truly human he indeed is. Granted, the procers did not develop him in any great depth, but they showed enough of him to remind us of his threat to China. Besides, sometimes the better villains are the ones you don't know too much about, or see a lot of.

Of the rest of the supporting cast, I will only mention four of them as being memorable in any real way. Chi-Fu, the emperor's consultant, was a reminder of the way many men looked at women in this culture. He thrusts his head up when Mulan begs for her father's life, and when she is discovered to be a woman, though she is a hero, he is quick to insult her, and to order her execution, simply because she impersonated a man. The other three were, of course, her comrades, Ling, Yao, and Chian Po. Though they were mainly comic relief (almost like a 3 stooges set,) they remained loyal to Mulan and trusted her fully, even after she was discovered. I like them, because they were not discriminatory to her in any way, even trying to stop her execution. When Mulan told them she had an idea to help the emperor faster, they were the first to her side, even when Shang was still reluctant to do so.

Overall, a wonderful movie to the Disney list. If you haven't seen it, then

Sleepless in Seattle has been billed as a "romantic comedy", but the accent is more on romance than humor.
