① 提高大學英語能力的方法

提高大學英語能力的方法

上了大學後，英語證書考試如果不用心准備的話會感覺更難，其實英語學習方法很多，但無論哪種方法，都要做到持之以恆地進行聽、說、讀、寫，並且一定要有足夠的重復量，這樣才可以快速提升英語水平。一下是我給同學們提高英語的方法。

1.做完題後善於總結

可以准備一個錯題本，把自己做錯的題總結出不同類別，防止再發生同樣的錯誤，這也是迅速提升成績的辦法之一。

2.不怕嘲笑

英語的學習首先要自己想學。要大膽說英語，不怕英語好的'人笑。多向別人虛心學習。

3.嚴格制訂學習計劃，每天持之以恆

語言需要應用和練習，可以嚴格在每天固定時間進行英語學習，堅持不懈。可以在清晨5：30—7：00進行聽力和朗誦、晚上7：30—9：30進行單詞學習，清晨的時候人的聽覺非常靈敏，對聽說的訓練頗為重要，而晚8點前後人的記憶力處於高峰期。

4.用英語喚醒大腦

認真聽、反復聽英語聽力材料。基本節奏是同一篇文章連續反復聽5遍，每篇文章連續聽一周之後換新文章。文章可以是大學英語文章、研究生英語文章以及難度和長度更大一些的英語內容。訓練標準是，能夠分辨出讀者的每一個單字讀音和音節處理。如果一篇文章的通篇達到這個程度，也可以換新文章。文章的難度可以漸進。這個方法堅持下來可以明顯提升聽力成績。

5.講英語故事，朗誦背誦英語佳篇

在清晨閱讀英語，每天朗誦一篇文章即可。這一篇文章連續朗誦至少十遍。但每一遍朗誦，都要非常投入，把自己想像成為電視台主持人或主播在主持節目，不是在瀆英語而是在用心，聲情並茂地講故事。慢慢就會發現自己一遍比一遍朗誦得好，這個方法可以快速培養你的英語語感。

目標最佳狀態是可以脫稿把這個內容講述給另外一個人聽。文章的選擇也很重要，每天最基本看懂一篇《大學英語》或者《新視野大學英語讀寫教程》中的文章，建議選擇話題廣泛、內容優美的文集和自己感興趣的話題，特別推薦美國總統、柯林頓等演說和名家短篇、重大新聞題材。

6.嚼爛英語或雙語字幕電影

相信很多大學生都很喜歡看電影，可以多看看英文電影、美劇，等等，語言從生活中來，多看看電影也會提升聽說能力，對聽力及作文和寫作都有幫助題材的選擇不建議選槍戰和動作片，包括感情戲，因為對話太單調、太簡單。鼓勵選擇歷史劇、劇情片、勵志題材等。可以看看奧斯卡獲獎影片，《老友記》也是不錯的選擇。

7.英語無處不在

既然學習英語，就無時無刻都用英語，要敢於說英語，只要對方懂英語，就全用英語表達，除非實在不知道單詞，也要用各種已知單詞盡量描述，直到說清楚。

當然，每個人都有自己的方法，可以綜合借鑒。其實英語學習方法很多，但無論哪種方法，都要做到持之以恆地進行聽、說、讀、寫，並且一定要有足夠的重復量，這樣才可以快速提升英語水平。

Interestingly, despite the fact that Chaplin came from Britain, he was much more popular in other countries than in his own mother country. The truth is that most English people considered the Tramp a little crude. It was generally thought by them that he had too much of an eye for the ladies and that his clothes gave him an appearance more like an Italian waiter than anything else. All in all the image was not gentleman-like according to many English people.

However, the silent movies helped Chaplin to conceal his true nationality from American audiences. He once put off making a talking movie until 1936 when he made up a nonsense language which sounded like no known nationality. He said he thought of the Tramp as an ecated man who had fallen on hard times. The truth is, however, that he was seen probably popular because he as character who revolted against the privileged classes.

④ 如何在網路環境下培養大學生英語自主學習能力：激發

信息技術高速發展，知識更新速度加快，以及對學生素質要求的不斷提高，使我們不得不認真思考在教學中如何培養學生的自主學習能力，從而達到終身教育的問題。課堂教學不僅要培養學生的語言應用能力，還要幫助學生養成良好的自主學習習慣。

2自主性學習(Autonomous Learning)

當代語言學習理論強調學習者在學習過程中的決定性作用和學習者的自主性。大量的研究表明語言教學過程中最主要的因素是學習者而不是教師，教學應以學生為主，學習者是學習的主體。因此，英語教學課是培養學生學習能力的技能培養課而不是純粹向學生灌輸知識的學問課。

3自主學習能力的培養

3．1明確教師的角色和作用

伽利略曾指出：「你永遠不能教給一個人任何事情；你只能幫助他從自身發現」。語言教學中「教」的含義實際上就是「幫助」，一些語言教育研究者把教師的角色，概括為「幫助者」。教師不僅要明確並能完成自己的角色，而且應該適時地進行角色轉化。在這一指導思想下進行的課堂教學才能滿足學習者的需求。

3．2教學課件的製作和應用

(1)教師根據教材中提供的網站，下載課堂需要的圖片及相關背景知識。這不僅開闊學生的視野，增加了文化知識，而且充分調動了學生的積極性，使他們能夠參與其中。根據課文背景不同，教師給學生布置一些任務，讓學生課後去網路上查詢背景知識，並在課堂上展示給大家，這充分開發了學生自主學習的空間，培養了學生獨立學習的能力，這比教師的直接講解要好得多。當他們得到教師和其他學生的贊賞時，就有了學習的成就感，進而學習的積極性，主動性被調動起來，學習的節奏也加快了。討論一般安排在課文結束，課堂討論主要以課文內容為主。如《新視野大學英語》第三冊第五課講述的是一位醫護工作者陪伴一位奄奄一息的病人走完人生最後一晚的故事。針對中西醫臨床班的專業特點，在課文結束後，筆者給學生看了一段從網上下載的醫護工作者護理癌症晚期病人的英文小短片，讓大家談談自己對醫患關系以及對生與死的看法。因為和自己專業相關，所以學生們討論得非常熱烈，教學效果明顯。

(2)課文講解完後，除了讓學生完成課本中的習題，還根據每篇課文的內容，設計了翻譯和作文，讓學生課下獨立完成，將課後作業以E-mail的形式交給教師，教師再集中某時間段進行講解。

3．3開展課內外教學活動培養學生自主學習能力

為了培養學生的自主學習能力，教師引導學生制定學習計劃，選擇學習方式的習慣，從而讓學生逐步走向自主。為了鼓勵大家說英語，每次上課前教師讓學生做有準備的presentation時，用數碼錄像機或照相機將學生的表演記錄下來。從認知心理學角度講，學生自己選擇演講內容，確定演技形式，培養了自主學習的能力。07護理涉外的6名學生在一次做presentation時，為大家表演了精心准備的英文舞台劇Robbcry，教師不但把整個的表演錄制下來，而且對此提出表揚和鼓勵，表演的學生興奮不已，沒表演的學生也躍躍欲試。學生的自主學習能力是相當有潛力的，後來該班學生獨立編排了一幕別開生面的Snow White，大量的背景畫面、音樂、道具及精彩的表演真的將我們帶入了那個神秘的童話世界，課堂上掌聲不斷。當然這只是一些較好的例子，大部分學生還做不到這樣，但教師要鼓勵學生積極參與到教學活動中。同時教師可以推薦學生有趣有用的英語學習網站，在那裡，學生們可以結識志同道合的英語愛好者，交流學習英語的體會。我還推薦學生ppstream網站上精彩的英文電影或歐美的電視劇，Friends，Desperate Housewives是我推薦給學生的眾多英文電視劇中的兩部，學生通過欣賞歐美影片不但獲得了樂趣而且鍛煉了自己的聽力，了解到美國人不同的風俗習慣，還不知不覺學會了很多地道的美國俚語表達方式。

練習聽力

當你聽一篇六級的聽力文章，聽第一遍的時候，你可能只聽懂了幾句話，但是不要緊，繼續聽。聽第二遍的時候可能你聽懂了一部分了。

這個時候你可以對照著原文，邊看原文邊聽聽力，了解整個文章的大概意思和脈絡。之後，不要去看聽力原文，而是逐字逐句地聽聽力。一邊聽，一邊把句子給寫下來，直到寫下一篇為止。第一次精聽一篇文章，可能需要兩個小時左右。但是不要緊，一旦用上這個方法，聽十篇左右的文章，你的聽力水平就會突飛猛進。假設你一天只聽一篇文章，十篇文章就足以迅速提高自己的聽力。

你可以先從基礎的聽力入手，如果上了大學使用的是《新視野大學英語》，有相關的聽力教材，如果上聽力課你沒有完全聽懂，你可以反復地聽，因為每套教材都配有關盤，大一的時候如果不考四級，這一年你可以這樣做，到了大一下學期你可以加入一些四級真題的訓練，一開始量不要太大，逐漸加強，到了大二時可以多加入一些四級聽力練習；平時也可以增加一些晨讀任務，感興趣的話多看看英文電影，盡量給自己創造一個英語的學習環境，因為語言學習需要循序漸進，心急不得！我來自很落後的小城鎮，自己當年高考英語才90幾分，上大學後就是這么學的英語，我現在有專業八級證書，完全是自己努力獲得的，我在大學和高中都教過書，只要你堅持下去，四級考試小菜一碟！

自學英語的方法
1、積累單詞想要自學學好英語，單詞的積累量是必不可少的。這就跟我們想要學好中文就必須從一個個的宇開始學起一樣。平時在工作或學習的地方放一本單詞本，並規定在一定時間段內記住幾個英語單詞，注意每天規定要記住的單詞量不要太多，不然沒過多久必定會產生抵觸情緒。
