很多同学在使用影视作品进行听练的时候，以为一直不断地听或者看就可以了，但实际上这个方法的效率并不高，各位同学在开始练习可以注意以下事项：

1.第一遍先要了解剧情概要，你可以选择看中文的分集剧情介绍，或者无字幕版本的“生肉”，可以在看的时候手动遮挡一下屏幕下方的中英文字幕，边听边记录一些关键词，大致拼凑出一个故事架构，练习一下自己抓去关键信息的能力；

2.准备一个专门的笔记本，一方面可以进行精听练习，另一方面也可以用于重点词汇、短语表达和经典句子的记录；

3.跟读和模仿剧中表达，可以使用“shadowing影子跟读法”，听一句跟读复述一句，来熟悉刚才记录下来的重要表达，同时还能熟悉自然的语音语调。
