一定避免不懂装懂，滥竽充数；也不可故弄玄虚、滥用专业术语。如： “按照我的理解，人事经理应当如同企业领导者的左膀右臂，具有承上启下的作用，尤其是现代企业所特别强调的团队合作精神中，应当具备一定的组织能力和号召力。
当然，现代企业的人事经理，光有这些基本素质是远远不够的，应当另具备相当的知识技能、良好的人际沟通能力以及熟练地掌握人事政策，具有丰富的人事工作经验。” 接着要陈述应聘的理由，要言之有据，突出个人最有说服力的部分。
如： “本人从大学毕业以后，一直从事人事工作，曾先后担任过劳资员、招聘专员、培训主管、人事部经理等职，在长达九年的人事工作生涯中，总结出一套认识管理方案，同时对全套人事运作制度极其了解，并对整个企业如何在短期内建立完整的人事制度特别有经验，自信能够胜任人事经理一职。” 结尾：往往是一句客套话，表明自己的诚意，并对公司表示感谢，希望获取面试机会。
落款：签名和日期。 2、写求职信应注意的问题 （1） 态度诚恳，措词得当，用语委婉而不隐晦，恭敬而不拍马，自信而不自大。
既不能像行政报告，缺乏热情，也不能过于热情，有讨好之嫌。 （2） 着眼现实，有针对性，动笔之前最好对单位有所了解，以免说外行话。
（3） 实事求是，言之有物，自己的优点要突出，万不可夸夸其谈，弄虚作假。 （4） 富有个性，不落俗套。
如果能谈谈行业前景展望，市场分析或建设性意见都会收到好的效果。这方面没有什么成规，需要自己开动脑筋。
