以金刚为例吧

①首先，要分清你的大片的版本（很重要）。一般你所下载的片子的文件名称中就包括了，我下载的《金刚》文件名叫做“King.Kong.TC.XviD- ASTEROiDS.cd1”和“King.Kong.TC.XviD-ASTEROiDS.cd2”，其中的“TC.XviD-ASTEROiDS”就是该片的版本。
②登陆射手网： http://www.shooter.com.cn ，在类似google的搜索框中输入你要的影片名称，然后点“shooter.cn字幕搜索”就会找到好多记录（包括格式、调校、语言、日期等等），然后点击‘调校’中所描述的版本与你的大片一致的。
在弹出的网页中的‘字幕文件’栏中点‘下载’，之后又会弹出一个窗口，再点“同意并开始下载”就可以下载字幕文件了。
③将所下载的字幕文件解压缩，将解压后的文件都放到你的大片所在的文件里。还有重要的一点，字幕的格式有：VobSub(.idx .sub) ，Subrip(.srt)，Subrip(.sub)，小括号里是字幕文件的扩展名。 快ok了！！
④将字幕文件的名称改为与你的大片的名称一样（但字幕文件的扩展名要保留，即.idx 或.sub或.srt）。我所下载的字幕文件原名叫做“King.Kong.CD1.srt”，要将它改为“King.Kong.TC.XviD-ASTEROiDS.srt”。
