看电影外语四部曲：

2、研读剧本或电影台词，可以是通读，对听到的电影情节做进一步补充。

3、选择自己喜欢的电影片段(可以把整部影片分成这样几个片段)，仔细研读台词，反复听MP3片段。不懂的单词就去查字典。做到在没有台词的情况下，能够完全听懂这段话的含义。对一些经典台词进行背诵。

事实上，当你专注于精通那些小词语的时候，收获相当数量的结构性大词是在所难免的。我强调你不要去刻意学习那些大词，是因为时机不到，劳民伤财。你现阶段的主要任务，是快速提高对语言的吸附能力，快速掌握吸星大法，快速进入母语境界。

一个人的英语能力，绝不体现在他掌握了多少词汇量，而在于他对新词的吸附能力。而这种吸附能力，与你的记忆能力无关，与你已经掌握了多少词汇量无关，与你背诵过多少课文无关，与你对语法的透彻领悟无关，只取决于你对一千五百小词语的融会贯通的程度，取决于你是否能够从某种程度上达到母语境界。

明确了学习的目的，我们现在就可以开始动手了。其实，说了这么多怎么做是不对的，大家也应该能够猜测出正解和答案了。

首先你要准备一些学习工具和材料。一台电视，一台DVD播放机，一张原版电影光盘，一本字典。

一开始最好是美国迪斯尼的经典动画，我首推《睡美人》。当然，如果你的英语基础实在太差，就从《白雪公主》开始吧，如果你还是一个小学生，那就从美国迪斯尼公司推出的英语教学片《神奇英语》开始。

一部原版电影大约一个小时，到一个半小时之间，DVD光盘本身也会分为二十个小节左右(学会操作使用D VD的相关功能必不可少，运用电脑作为学习工具将会面临英文字幕的困境)。

一小节下来，只要有百分之八十，能够通过暂停分解的步骤听下来，跟读下来，就OK了。能够跟听下来，跟读下来，并不意味着这一小节学习的结束，事实上，这才仅仅是开始。接下来，你要对这一小节反复播放跟读达七十七遍以上。要让你基本能够听懂的声音，对你进行疲劳轰炸，反复冲击。

对那些舌头饶不过来的地方，就停下播放，单独去饶一下舌头吧，直到能够按照与原声相同的节奏读下来为止，再继续进行上述工作。

一部电影，不学则已，学就把它学透吃透。要做到睡梦之中，那些声音还不断地在脑际中回荡。

你会惊奇地发现，每多念一遍，你都会对句子以及其中的字词都会有新的理解和感受。足够多遍跟读过后，有些词句的理解准确无误了，有些原来比较模糊的词句理解了，有些本来一点都不明白的词句也豁然开悟了。

而这一切，都是声音的魅力，是通过对语言原声的理解而产生的必然结果。 一小节结束，再进行下一小节，当然，根据个人情况的不同，你也可以一下子进行三五个小节，甚至可以直接攻克半张影碟。

总之，学的要精，学的要细，要在不断的重复中，让自己的耳朵去充分熟悉那些声音。
