《宵禁》 ：活着的理由

《宵禁》是85届奥斯卡最佳短片，影片的开头显示男主正在自杀，而旁边的电话响起，传来妹妹的声音，要他帮忙照看侄女，电话中可以看出兄妹俩关系不好，两人都很无奈，随后便交代了关系不好的原因——男主曾经摔伤了侄女，于是妹妹切断了与他的联系。这部片子有两条线，一是对男主生命的救赎，一是对男主妹妹亲情和信任的救赎。男主因为无能，吸毒不被家人待见，内心脆弱却得不到帮助，对生活失去了热情，在广场上除了男主所有人都在跳舞，唯独男主静静地看着，反映出男主在现实生活中只是个看客，但内心有极其渴望人间的温暖和活力，现实与向往碰撞，使男主陷入了绝望。这就使电话出现在片头变的合理，给了男主活着的理由。而妹妹是极没有安全感的人，哥哥的失误和遭到的家庭暴力让她痛恨男人，对男人很不信任，所以不让自己的女儿与男人接触，甚至规定了活动地点和回家的时间。最后是亲情的救赎，通过几个小时的接触，小侄女对男主产生了依赖感，男主对妹妹讲出了“遗言”，妹妹被感动，也放下了心理的戒备。结局是男主被妹妹打来的第二个电话救赎，不再自杀，妹妹重新有了信任的勇气，互相依靠，皆大欢喜。
